Hello! I’m Juliet Quebatay.

Let's work together!

PMP-certified program and project management professional with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across education, workforce development, and community-based programs. I specialize in turning ambiguous goals into structured execution plans, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering programs that operate smoothly at scale.

I have led initiatives involving distributed teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners, with responsibilities including program design, logistics coordination, outreach strategy, and performance tracking. My approach combines structured project management practices with strong communication and adaptability in fast-moving environments.

“Change is the end result of all true learning. Change involves three things: First, a dissatisfaction with self - a felt void or need; second, a decision to change to fill the void or need; and third, a conscious dedication to the process of growth and change - the willful act of making the change, doing something.” - Dr. Leo Buscaglia
